As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, homeschooling rates across the United States have certainly been on the rise, after remaining around 3.3% over the course of the last decade. This infographic from the team at AAA State of Play shows the changes in homeschooling rates for each individual state across America, with the data being pulled from the U.S. Census Bureau’s experimental Household Pulse Survey. According to the data, which is specifically based on April through September of 2020, it was found that Alaska (+17.9%), Florida (13.1%), Vermont (12.8%), Oklahoma (12.4%) and Mississippi (11.6%) saw the biggest increases in homeschooling.
